At Alliance Professional Consulting Group™ we bring over 14 years of combined IT support knowledge to the industry. Much of this time was spent working within the Customer Support organization at LexisNexis in unison with the various departments that have developed the Time Matters applications.
Bill Ayres has performed as the Customer Support Manager for Time Matters for seven years (both pre and post LexisNexis involvement). His broad knowledge of the application functionality, front end and back end operations and internal workings of the LexisNexis support operation make him a prime candidate for Time Matters consulting services. Before settling in with LexisNexis Bill spent 7 years in systems maintenance and as the customer support manager for TML Information Services. Bill is certified on the Time Matters® 7.0, 8.0, 9.0, 10 and LNTPA platforms. Bill is also certified on the new cloud-based Clio practice management suite.
